Each Sterling Silver piece is stamped by hand and not with the use of a machine. Therefore every piece is unique and different.

Standard processing time for most orders is 1 to 3 weeks. Your card will be charged at the time you place your order. Shipping charges reflect the fee once the item is shipped, not the amount of time to complete the order. Immediate delivery cannot be guaranteed; you will be contacted if an extended wait time is required to complete your order.

Returns and Exchanges

All custom made, discounted and sale pieces are final sale; no returns or exchanges. You can however return non-custom full price merchandise pieces for store credit, minus the shipping costs. For store credit, your piece must be in its original condition and returned to us within 1 months of its purchase date. Should you have questions or concerns regarding your pieces please email us at support@michelleryandesigns.com within 3 days of receipt of your package.

Chains may be exchanged for an alternate choice if you find your choice too short, or too long for your pieces. All shipping charges are non-refundable. We stand behind the quality of our pieces and are happy to discuss any problems you may have at any time.

Sales Tax

State and Local Sales Tax, if applicable, will be added to your order.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Sorry, Checks or Money Orders are not accepted. Your credit card information will be taken with your order via our secure server.

Shipping and Delivery

United States Postal Service (USPS) is our preferred shipping method. Should you require expedited shipping, Michelle Ryan Designs utilizes Express Mail with an upcharge depending on recipient address. You will be prompted at checkout to choose your preferred shipping method.

This Privacy Policy describes our practices regarding the collection and use of information through our websites. We will not sell, share or trade with a third party any information you supply to us other than the USPS for shipping your purchases to you. We may also  periodically sending to you sale information, product updates, etc, electronically via email. If you would prefer not to receive these promotional items, you may opt out by contacting us at support@michelleryandesigns.com with “REMOVE” as the subject header.

Gift Wrap

All orders are shipped in our simple logo box. However, any item can be gift wrapped for a nominal fee.

We will contact you via email if the fulfillment of your order is delayed due to a Holiday.
